Configurations and pricing
Converted at the Bank of Russia rate for reference — you are billed in roubles.
What does a dedicated server include?
The processor, memory and disks of the configuration you choose work for your workloads only — the node is not shared with anyone.
Our own Tier III data centres in Moscow and Novosibirsk. There are locations abroad as well — you can see them in the “Location” filter.
Every configuration in the list is connected through a 1 Gbps port.
Your own operating system, your own software, your own network and security settings. The limits are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy — the document is published.
SLA — 99.9% per month with compensation for downtime. You can read the terms before ordering.
Around the clock, any day. Average response time — 10 minutes.
Additional IP addresses and subnets are a separate service: IP address pricing.
What happens after payment?
You pick a configuration from the list above and place the order in the control panel.
The server is usually issued automatically within a few minutes. Some locations involve a manual check — if it is taking longer, get in touch and we will speed it up.
The password is sent to your email as soon as the server is activated. It is also always available in the client area — in the server card, under the connection details.
Dedicated or virtual
Both services run on our own hardware in Tier III data centres, with 99.9% monthly availability under the SLA and 24/7 support. If your task does not need a separate machine, take a look at virtual servers.
