- Rack space — 1 to 5 units, as many as your hardware occupies.
- Power within the limit you choose: up to 350 W or up to 1000 W per unit.
- Network connection: unlimited 100 Mbps or up to 30 TB at 1 Gbps.
- Equipment reboot on your request.
- Operating system reinstallation.
- Receiving and shipping the hardware.
- Mounting the server into the rack on arrival.
- Server diagnostics when it is unclear what is wrong.

How colocation works step by step?
- 1Request and quote
Tell us how many units your hardware occupies and how much it draws: up to 350 W or up to 1000 W per unit. Choose a site from the list; for other countries write to support and we will tell you whether colocation is possible there and what it will cost. If you are unsure about the figures, use ‘Get consultation’.
- 2Delivering the hardware
Bring the server yourself or send it by carrier. We receive and ship the hardware at no extra charge.
- 3Mounting into the rack
An engineer mounts the server into the rack and connects power and network. Mounting takes 2 to 24 hours.
- 4Going live
The server gets power within the limit you chose and a channel: unlimited 100 Mbps or up to 30 TB at 1 Gbps. From then on you work with it over the network as with your own — it simply does not sit in your office.
- 5Running and maintenance
Reboot and OS reinstallation are done on request at no extra charge. If a component fails, our engineer replaces it; spares can be left in storage at the site in advance so you do not wait for delivery. Requests are handled by support 24/7, average response 10 minutes.
